Kiera Foley killer Jason Miller's sentencing advanced to this afternoon

Voluntary manslaughter suspect Jason Miller resolved his case in May for a stipulated prison term of 25 years. Miller's sentencing scheduled for 8/24 was advanced to this afternoon. Kiera Lynn Foley's loved ones are in court right now. 

Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor. Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Miller's attorney.
