Two years ago, I reported Mazzotti's LLC was sued by a Delaware company for breach of contract. I stopped following that case because it was scheduled for a dismissal hearing. That case is still open with a case management conferenceon 10/2023.
Yesterday, there was a case management conference on another lawsuit for breach of contract against Joseph Mazzotti filed by Wallace and Hinz. At the last hearing, settlement discussions were ongoing in the Wallace and Hinz case.
