This morning, two cases for Jesse Widmark and three cases for Brandon Widmark were on for setting of preliminary hearing. Both Brandon and Jesse are no longer in wheelchairs and Jesse is now clean shaven. With a three day estimate, the preliminary hearings are scheduled to start October 2.
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal is the prosecutor. Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Jesse Widmark's attorney. Ms. Rebecca Linkous is Brandon Widmark's attorney.
9/28: Motion to continue by defense granted. Preliminary hearing scheduled for 12/11. Three day time estimate changed to 1 week. Date of 10/2 vacated.
