At trial assignment on 7/14, attempted murder suspect Daniel Fernandez Ralls' jury trial was vacated and dates were reset. There is no courtroom available. Trial confirmation is on 8/25; jury trial on 8/28.
Ralls was previously represented by Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin. Ralls decided to retain Ms. Kathleen Bryson and she appeared on the case starting today.
The People had made an offer to resolve the case for Count 3 at the last hearing. Ralls did not accept that offer.
