Ryan Thomas Weinert was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 273.6 (a) violating a restraining order. He posted bond. The police report was rejected by the Humboldt County District Attorney's office and no charges were filed.
In 2022 a case with the same charge was dismissed against Weinert by the DA. A month later in 2022, in his family law case, a five year restraining order was granted by Judge Lawrence Killoran.
Weinert testified for former court mediator Velda Gooden in her case against local attorney Eddie Schrock. The lawsuit against Schrock was dismissed. Weinert's ex wife was represented in her family law case by Schrock . I have provided three related posts about that lawsuit in which Weinert was mentioned.
4/5/24: I checked on Weinert's 2023 arrest which was not dismissed as he repeatedly claims, the DA has not filed charges. Weinert provided no evidence to me of any dismissal. In the past, Weinert made some outrageous claims about former mediator Joe Hale and unnamed Humboldt Superior Court judged but never provided me the evidence.
4/6/24: Weinert sent me this letter today. I cropped out the portion with his DOB. Letters such as this are not entered into e court.
