Jared Wayne Collings arrested by CHP on July 21 for VC23152 (a)DUI VC 23152 (b) driving with blood alcohol level of 0.08% or more. He was released on O.R. Collings is a former court bailiff. His Facebook profile lists him as self employed.
Arraignment is on 9/1.
9/1: Collings has hired Mr Ben Okin. Trial confirmation is on 11/1; jury trial is 11/13.
11/1: Trial confirmation continued by defense to 11/9; jury trial continued to 11/20.
11/9: Change of plea scheduled for 11/17. Jury trial date scheduled for 11/20 vacated. Retired Judge Christopher Wilson 170.1 recusal.
