Nicholas Justin Hobart Brown was scheduled to be arraigned last Friday. He is charged with charged Brown with Count 1 criminal threats and a special allegation that he used a firearm in the commission of a felony; Count 2 false imprisonment and Count 3 battery on a cohabitating partner.
Brown failed to appear for arraignment. A bench warrant was issued for $50,000. Bail bond was forfeited. He was arrested in June. Another arrest and case with a high profile local name and serious charges not covered by any other local media.
7/23: Brown was arrested by EPD and booked into the Humboldt jail on his bench warrant.
