Millsap gets caught coaching witnesses? Almost gets her release revoked, defense getting desperate filing last minute motion that was denied

On, 7/5, after HCSO court bailiffs Kendall Luna and Rick Bise observed voluntary manslaughter suspect Pamela Millsap coaching witnesses with non verbal cues, they brought it to the attention of Judge Kaleb Cockrum.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm filed brief on Millsap's courtroom conduct & suppression of evidence. Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O'Connell filed a response. Arguments were held. Judge Cockrum made his ruling. CALCRIM 371, consciousness of guilt, suppression and fabrication of evidence will be read to the jury. Both bailiffs will testify what they saw. Luna already testified. Bise is scheduled to testify on 7/7. Millsap's supervised release was not revoked. Millsap was ordered not to nod.

Just like the Frederick Adams' trial, a juror was excused in the middle of trial and replaced by an alternate. This case has been extensively covered since the beginning including  very detailed preliminary hearing coverage.

Defense is getting desperate. The last minute motion filed today alleging a Brady violation was denied. The last minute motion for a mistrial in court was denied.
