Keith Kiyoshi Kakugawa was arrested by Eureka Police Department on July 2 for PC290.011(a) failure to register as a sex offender, PC 290.018(b) failure to register as a sex offender transient and PC3000.08(c) parole revocation. These are new charges.
Even going to prison did not teach him a lesson.
As you can see while 22 search results come up for his name, due to a glitch there are duplicate entries. Humboldt Superior Court has been aware of the issue for months. One is a family law case and 12 are criminal cases. He has a 2022 case for parole revocation. He was sentenced to prison for a 2022 failure to register case. He has one dismissal in 2021 for parole revocation and the two 2021 sex offense cases . I am not going through all 12 cases, you can look them up if you want.
