Paris Hohstadt arrested for assault and committing a hate crime

Paris Ellen Hohstadt was arrested by EPD yesterday for PC 245 (a)(4) assualt by means likely to produce great bodily injury and PC 422.6 (a) committing a hate crime. She was released on O.R.

EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell told me, "This incident took place on July 10th just after 9 a.m. near 2nd and I streets.  EPD responded to the report of two females in a physical altercation.  Based on the nature of the assault and use of racial slurs, Hohstadt was arrested for PC 245(a)(4) and PC 422.6(a)."

Hohstadt has 7 cases in Humboldt SuperiorCourt which includes one probate case and 6 criminal cases. Three dismissals; the rest are convictions.

7/24:  Hohstadt had a $15,000 bench warrant issued because she failed to appear in this 2021 case.
