If you are missing a black dog, might want to check Myrtle

 

Just called EPD because I saw a black dog with no leash no tags running around on this area on Myrtle going in and out of the roadway but mostly on the sidewalk. When I initially saw the dog, I thought he might be headed to the apartments. I called EPD and before I could get closer to check on the dog, he ran off on the sidewalk towards 11th and Myrtle.

Looked like a black lab border collie mix.
