The lawsuit I reported on July 3 did not go well for the County. Cyndy Day Wilson and John Wilson prevailed at the hearing. Next court date is 7/26.
That lawsuit is on the agenda under closed session for the Board of Supervisors' meeting on July 11.
10/18: This latest tentative ruling by Judge Timothy Canning was in favor of the County. Writ of mandate denied; petitioner's request for attorney fees denied and temporary injunction is dissolved.
