Convicted sex offender Eli Grover Aubrey was arrested by Arcata Police Department yesterday for PC 290.011(a) transient sex offender failure to register and PC 290.012(a) sex offender failure to register. He has a 2003 conviction for PC 288 (c) (1).

He has 41 cases in Humboldt Superior Court. Most are criminal with two 2023 cases in which Aubrey admitted he violated parole; a few family law and family support cases.
