Analia Martinez booked for criminal threats, violating a restraining order and resisting arrest

Analia Soledad Martinez was arrested by HCSO yesterday for PC 422 criminal threats, PC 148 (a) (1) resisting arrest and PC 273.6 (a) violating a restraining order. She posted bond. This isn't her first arrest for violating a restraining order. This while she is scheduled to get yet another plea after a slap on the wrist for previous conduct.

Analia has three criminal cases for assault and battery including a 2023 case before this recent arrest in the Humboldt Superior Court system. Four different prosecutors have appeared on that 2023 case at every hearing and a protective order was served in court. Two other criminal cases which are traffic/infraction ordinances in a search result with 14 local cases. 

I have seen her at the courthouse a few times and recognize her from other places in the community. Readers who also recognized her and know her have contacted me. I already knew about her bookkeeping business and work history. I regularly provide detailed court records, each case including Analia's extensive record is laborious and time consuming. I did not crop the merged reports in her complaints. Look at how much time HCSO has to waste on this repeat offender. She lists a business on her Linkedin profile. Why does she have a public defender on her cases?

I knew from the moment I posted about this arrest that drama and harassment would follow based on who is involved. Based on Analia, her family and the troll who claims to be Analia's friend and their behavior towards me in just the last four hours, my need to protect my readers and her victims is even stronger. Analia has a change of plea scheduled on 8/4 in her 2023. I want to see if the DA will ignore or file charges for this new arrest and if DA will still allow her to plead.

The DA and the courts have given Analia too many chances. Dismissing charges against her despite repeated arrests have not been in the interest of public safety. After this July 2023 arrest, Analia's scheduled change of plea on 8/4 should be rescinded. DA Stacey Eads and any Humboldt Judge who accepted previous pleas and any future plea should explain to the public why they are constantly putting the community at risk. I understand that the DAs office tries and ultimately it is up to the Humboldt Judges. The court minutes on Analia's several cases do not indicate any effort by the DA's office to argue for real consequences for this out of control woman who has repeatedly violated protective orders. I have seen them give stern warnings to certain criminals. So why is repeated criminal behavior by Analia who is defiant and unremorseful and feels justified in harassing and threatening people being rewarded with yet another plea? I have emailed Ms. Eads and included what I wrote in this post. If this was a man with the same record, would he get a plea?

"Analia pled guilty to a restraining order violation may 10 and was serving 30 days of swap.  A few weeks after that she was again charged with a restraining order violation and a charge of revenge porn.  She is scheduled to take a plea on these two charges Friday.  This arrest is now another one of her many offenses. Her register of actions is quite long."

At 6:24 p.m. I received an email from a William Martinez who made many claims including about his niece's arrest which cannot be verified. One claim he made was that he was not the owner of Carmelas. This is the weekend and the Courthouse and other places are closed. I still spent time looking up information and have provided a business listing with Carmela's owner and I have posted court records with more than enough information on Analia's court history.

William Martinez says in his email I am discriminating against Latinos. He obviously hasn't read my blog. He doesn't even know me. Did he even see my post on Miguel Moreno and Ruben Martinez which is right below his niece's post? 

William Martinez do I get to claim that you are discriminating against my race?  You disparage the police in your email. You insult me. With no proof except a knee jerk reaction.  

Wilson Martinez, you come up as the owner of Carmelas in allbiz. com. You provided no contrary evidence in your email. 

Steve Payton claimed he wasnt the owner of Bill Davidson Bonds and his wife was the owner. This after he was the on texted me about a Florida trip to support Donald Trump that he wanted me to report. I even checked with him before I did that post. After Steve made this claim that he was retired and not the owner, he sent a letter to the California Insurance Company saying he is the owner and that contradicted what he told me. Steve bragged about being the owner with the letter on social media. 

I will add more court documents on Analia's cases when I have time. I will check up with the City or County about who owns Carmelas when I have time and only if evidence is provided to me that there is a valid reason to do any follow up. There is currently no reason for me to do so Analia, her family and trolls have wasted my entire weekend. 

Unlike you Mr. Martinez, I have provided a listing with you as an owner while you just have a bunch of unsubstantiated opinions and claims. 

I will check further on Analia's court cases and update the post and do it as my time allows; not at Analia's timeframe;  not at your  convenience William Martinez or anyone else's demands. You dont get to make claims with no proof and rant. You don't own my time. I already have more than enough evidence and some of those court records are in this post.  I don't owe you or your niece or anyone else an explaination or response. 

Analia and you Mr Martinez are pissed at the wrong person. Mr. Martinez why don't you focus on the fact that your niece did not follow the law multiple times. You  she and the hateful troll gaslighting and deflecting Analia's criminal behavior need to get it through your heads that I dont work for you or her and you dont get to bully me because her arrest is inconvenient to you or her. There is a whole lot of family drama based on your own email to me and what you say about your niece. If you felt the need to express concern about a restraining order against your niece that was dismissed, do you think the Humboldt public is safe with her posting bail? 

At 6:49 Analia emailed me and then again. Analia work on not getting arrested instead of repeatedly and obnoxiously emailing me and trying to force contact via social media. Just your behavior in just the last three hours towards me makes me concerned about your victims.

Analia, since you seem to think you know it all, let's see if we should believe your rantings and threats or should we see believe court records?  Are you denyimg you took a plea deal on April 2022 with a deferred entry of judgement. What about the plea on new charges in May and how it affected your deferred entry of judgement? Aren't you  supposed to plead guilty on 8/4 for a restraining order violation in exchange for the distribution of intimate body charge to be dismissed?  You get arrested again and go ballistic on me because I posted facts?

This is the kind of bs  law enforcement has to deal with because the worthless "leaders" of this County drive away good people. The Jerry Springer Humboldt types clog up social media, gossip the loudest and attack decent people. 

This is the kind of harassment and intimidation I have to deal with because I try to keep the community informed and it is largely a thankless effort with the exception of a few decent people.

Humboldt selectively enforces law and rules when it comes to businesses, people and the law. Repeat criminals run rampant. There is no accountability or transparency by the courts, elected officials and agencies supposed to protect the people. 

This is a Humboldt issue and the Humboldt way.  Blaming California laws and regulations and everyone else for the failures of those who have been charge of this drug infested, crime ridden,  impoverished County for decades is projection.
