Lunatic ranting on 2nd floor, now lobby, leaves after two deputies respond

 

I was just talking to courthuse security about this woman on the second floor. She appeared on the second floor during the lunch hour with a scream, dramatically paused, raised her hands and walked around muttering and mumbling incoherently.

Security had already interacted with her earlier in the day. Then she gave them a full show few minutes ago. HCSO deputies were called after she wandered around knocking on County doors where the Board of Supervisor offices, CAO's office and County Counsel office is located. Two deputies spoke with her and she walked out of the courthouse holding her hands mumbling. They did not touch her; just had a conversation.

She ranted about looking for someone, was from the CIA and was screaming earlier about bestiality, pedophilia and human trafficking and making death threats. All this while people are trying to conduct business under stressful conditions.
