Dustin Scott Latham was arrested by EPD yesterday for PC664/187(a).,attempted murder. He was booked and placed on a no bail status.
Latham is charged with PC 245 (a) 1, assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and special allegation PC 1203 (e) (4) which means Latham has two prior felony convictions and is ineligible for probation.
Latham was arraigned this afternoon. Conflict Counsel's office appointed.
11/9: OR/supervised release was denied by Judge John Feeney on 11/9. Preliminary hearing is on 11/17.
11/17: Defense motion to continue preliminary granted. New date is 12/13/21.
12/13: On 12/13 defense motion to continue preliminary granted; new date is 1/31/22.
12/15: Protective order served.
