Finally, on October 1, Judge Christopher Wilson denied the motion for new trial for convicted molestor Mark Dare. Sentencing is on October 29.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer appeared on the case for Deputy DA Whitney Timm who is the prosecutor for this case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Dare's attorney.
