Setting for any motions filed by convicted molestor Mark Dare's attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton, which could include a motion for a new trial and status/setting of sentencing was continued to August 4. It was continued once more to 9/16/21.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Judge Christopher Wilson told defense to file any motion no later than 9/3/21.
Continuances have been granted for the same reasons and excuses we have heard from the defense for several hearings. At the last hearing, it had been 7 months since Dare's conviction.
