Arraignment was completed in Cory Nelson's kidnap case and bail went from $335,000 to no bail.
The bail, incorrectly set at $75,000 in the mayhem case was also set at no bail. Judge Timothy Canning fixed his mistake with the bail in the mayhem case.

This is what happens when you have Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm prosecute a case. This is what happens when you have real, investigative, detailed court reporting that is effective. The people win.
The haters and losers in Humboldt who profit from the status quo of corruption, incompetence and silencing truth can suck it up and glare all they want but it does not change the facts.
