Convicted rapist and former HSU student wants a new trial

 

Convicted rapist Darrius Upshaw sentencing scheduled today was continued to 9/14.  Upshaw is a former HSU student and member of Chi Phi.

Upshaw's attorney Mr. Russ Clanton filed a motion for new trial and he just received the probation report.
