11 years in prison for a plea before preliminary when you have a good prosecutor


Horacio Miranda Jr. was finally sentenced last week. 

Miranda was sentenced to the aggravated term on t PC 215 carjacking for 9 years plus 2 more years for committing a crime while out on bail for a total of 11 years prison sentence.

Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm was the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Joe Judge was Miranda's attorney.
