New owner of The Grind's makes one smart decision

Being open on a Saturday. Judges, attorneys, bailiffs and many people in the area work on weekends. 

The Eureka Chamber of Commerce lists Gabrielle Long as the new owner. The Taste of Bim is owned by Gabrielle Long. She is the new owner of The Grind Cafe.

If Long can deliver and maintain good food and customer service; maybe the customers chased away will give this place another chance.
