Twice convicted David Anderson has been back in Humboldt for a while. I was the only one to cover his first case in detail when he was convicted of human trafficking.
After that deal, Mr. Michael Acosta got him and California laws, jail and prison sentences mean nothing. With the credits he had, I had mentioned he would be out on the streets in no time.
Just saw him get out of a beat up black Denali with the rear bumper outside the 5th and H post office. He saw me. Not quite sure about the look he gave me. We both went inside the post office. It is the first time he has seen me outside court.
