At trial assignment, Timothy Ziegler jury trial supposed to start depending on courtroom availability . He was a no show. Bench warrant was issued but held until the next court date.
I started covering this guy when he was arrested by the DA investigators at the courthouse. He has been through two public defenders; now a Bay area attorney. The only way this trial may actually proceed is with Ziegler in custody.
Trial assignment was rescheduled for 9/10; jury trial for 9/13.
9/10 Court minutes:
Ziegler has 12 cases total; 7 cases open including 2 family law cases with the same woman.
