Collision happened corner of 3rd street right in front if where Pacific Towing is located a couple of minutes ago. Words were briefly exchanged between drivers of the two cars. Guy in blue car was yelling.
Guy in blue car is loling it up with the towing guys. They handed him a business card and went back to work. Guy in blue car is texting and calling on his cell phone.
EPD arrived within a minute. Officer interviewing driver of the other car.
It does not appear there are any injuries. The guy in the blue car is walking around. No medical response.
EPD officer went back to his vehicle. At 10:38 EPD officer is still talking to the driver of the other car. EPD officer back in his vehicle. The other car and police officer left at 10:40. Guy in blue car walked to Pacific Towing.
