North Carolina authorities investigating D.C . bomb threat suspect

WMBF News:

Multiple sources say the man who is under investigation for having explosives in a truck near the United States Capitol Complex is from Cleveland County, North Carolina.

Sheriff Alan Norman says his office is investigating someone from Cleveland County currently in Washington, D.C.

According to CBS News, two law enforcement sources identified the suspect in the suspicious vehicle as Floyd Ray Roseberry from Grover, North Carolina, born in 1971.

He is in a black pickup truck with no license plates and is talking to investigators as he sits in the vehicle stopped near the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.

Excerpt from Rawstory:

In the videos, he began by talking about how his health insurance wouldn't pay for anything anymore. He said he'd been getting injections in his knees to help him walk, but when he went to the doctor he said that the insurance didn't cover him. He went on to say that his wife had skin cancer but that the insurance wouldn't cover it either because they considered it "cosmetic." He said that his wife had to have her nose practically removed.

"I cleared my conscious with God," he said, noting that he told his wife he'd be "home" on Sunday, "whichever home it is."

No other media coverage has the excerpt posted above, except Raw Story.

The guy surrendered.

Fools with no life except on Facebook and Twitter & the pathetic media were too busy creating a narrative & couldnt be bothered that there is genuine despair in this country caused by politicians from both parties. It doesnt excuse what this guy did.  Twitter and social drama will move on to the next headline. Bringing real change or having empathy is beyond the IQ of keyboard warriors
