Murder suspect Connor Whited is scheduled to be arraigned this morning on the same charges he was held to answer after the preliminary hearing.
Arraignment was continued to August 23 at request of defense.
Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Whited's attorney. Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O'Connell appeared for her today.
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal is the prosecutor for the case.
8/23: Trial setting and status of doctor's reports scheduled for September 27.
9/27: Continued to October 12.
