Trial confirmation for murder suspect Albert Kress scheduled today was continued to November 16. Jury trial is scheduled for December 7.
Kress declined to come to court. No appearance by Public Defender. Retired Judge John Feeney said that "couple of weeks ago", there was no appearance by the Public Defender.
