USGS downgrades Southern California earthquake to 6.9



USGS downgrades another earthquake near Ridgecrest to a magnitude of 6.9.  Initial report was 7.1. Reports vary on what magnitude they are reporting. Later, it was upgraded back to 7.1.
This is just a day later after the 6.4 magnitude earthquake in the same vicinity.
