Kidnapping, robbery and assault suspect Franklin Molina was arraigned on information today on 7 counts. Alleged victims are Adam Habib Owen and Emmalaya Jaleel Owen.
After the preliminary hearing, Molina was not held to answer on the kidnapping to commit another crime count for Emmalaya Jaleel Owen. That count was dropped from the charges filed for jury trial. Even though he was not held to answer on the count of carjacking after the preliminary hearing; the District Attorney has still charged that count for the jury trial.
Trial Setting on July 15.
