Jury trial for man who worked at a local TV station and is charged with molesting his step daughters scheduled for July 15
Alleged molestor Mark Dare has a trial confirmation scheduled for June 25. Jury trial is on July 15. Dare was ordered to appear in court on those two dates.
Alleged victim are his step daughters. Trial setting was held on March 7.
Dare has not been in court since he has filed a waiver of personal appearance.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin was in court for the last hearing.
