Setting of preliminary hearing and confirmation of counsel for attempted murder suspect Matthew Ramsey was scheduled for January 9; continued to this morning.
Mr. Russ Clanton accepted appointment today. He told Matthew Ramsey and family that the caveat was that he is in trial and Matthew Ramsey entered a general time waiver today.
Setting scheduled for January 31 as Mr. Clanton is in the jury trial for Mario Alexander.
