Attempted murder suspect Matthew Ramsey's preliminary for January 17 was vacated. Next court date is January 9 for setting of preliminary and confirmation of counsel.
It was on for setting of preliminary today. Mr. Russ Clanton was appointed as Ramsey's attorney but he has a conflict. Ramsey wishes to retain private counsel.
