Nancy Burks death has to be verified before Bill Davidson Bonds can get the money back

Remember Nancy Burks? She was most recently arrested in July 2018 for narcotic sales. This morning Steve Payton, owner of Bill Davidson Bail Bonds, was told to come back to court next week.



Davidson told the court that Burks had passed away.  The District Attorney's office has to verify that information before Payton can get the money he posted for her bond.
