Trial setting for alleged molestor Chad Smith was scheduled for this morning. The People wanted dates set in mid March; defense was available after February 4. Smith threatened to pull his time waiver if dates were set in March.
Jury trial is set for February 11. Trial confirmation is on January 31. As I previously reported, subpoenaed records from Holiday Inn Express were requested by the defense. They were given to Ms. Andrea Sullivan today.

Kamada appeared for the People today since Ms. Stacey Eads is in jury trial.
