Tom Chapman and City of Arcata defendants Kyle Zoellner's federal lawsuit

Arcata Assistant City Manager Danette Demello sent me this response regarding the 10/26/18 dismissal.

"The complaint alleges violations of federal law, which allows the case to be "removed" to federal court.  This occurred last July, and the case is now pending in the U.S. District Court, Northern California."

Arcata City Manager  Karen Diemer is out of the office and won't be back until Tuesday. Chief Richard Ehle is  out of town and won't be back until Monday.
