Finally took a Visiting Judge to keep PG & E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich in custody


PG & E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich had a OR/Bail hearing on November 19.
She was recently arrested after yet another failure to appear.

Visiting Judge Leonard LaCasse denied her release yesterday. Next court dates are December 4 and 10.

    I am surprised that the Humboldt Superior Court finally decided to detain this person, after sooooo many no shows on her part. But as you posted John, it took a visiting Judge to do so!!

    Maybe they will bring Federal Charges against her, since she did her topless antics at a Nuclear Power Plant! Even if it is decommissioned...
