Convicted rapist Kailan Meserve case management conference on his writ of habeas corpus petition was continued from May 18 to May 30 ; then continued to to June 1. The next date was November 16 but it was vacated.
Declaration from DA was filed on 5/16.
Meserve is the petitioner, David Davey is the Respondent and the People are the real party of interest in a writ of habeaus corpus.
