Intervention was scheduled for murder suspect Antone Aubrey on November 14. Preliminary hearing scheduled for November 20 was vacated as Mr. Russ Clanton is taking over the case.
Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers is prosecuting the case.
Mr. David Celli was representing Aubrey; he is leaving the Clanton Law Firm.
Trial setting is scheduled for December 13.
