225 food baskets donated by businesses being distributed to families

225 food baskets are being given away to families sat the Betty Kwan Chinn Center right now donated by businesses. Each family gets a turkey or ham and a gallon of milk.

Family resource centers were contacted by Betty Kwan Chinn center staff. People had to sign up in advance with time slots from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to facilitate orderly distribution said Natalie Bencomo, Betty Kwan Chinn Program Manager.

First District Supervisor Rex Bohn was at the Center helping Betty and staff.
