Parties in David Dearinger's case against Andrew Hamer and Tiffany Laffoon reached an agreement

The parties did reach a negotiated agreement in the civil harassment, however the case was dismissed, without prejudice.

In California, a case dismissed without prejudice means that you can re-file your case at a later date (as long as it is within the statute of limitations).

The dismissal of the civil case does not prevent David Dearinger from pursuing criminal charges.

David Dearinger had hired local attorney Carlton Floyd after the last court date.

He had informed me on November 16 that "All parties in the civil harassment cases have agreed to a contract barring future contact. I did not make any special stipulations, as of now they get to keep their firearms. They insisted to a clause that Jennifer and I must destroy any copies of videos featuring the defendants in our possession."

  1. LOL another Hammer video we won't be able to see. One of these days Hammer Time's Temper and his ability to skate by relatively unscathed will end. Daddy and Uncle Eric may have saved his ass again.
