I was able to reach State Parole today at the same time local court records were updated to show that Charles Steven Flinn was scheduled to be arraigned on a petition to revoke parole.
Flinn was arraigned today in Courtroom Three. Future dates are 12/3 for probable cause hearing, 12/7 for intervention and 12/11 for parole hearing.
Deputy District Attorney Josh Rosenfeld was present for the People. The Public Defender's office was appointed for Flinn.
