Terry James Silva of Miranda booked on charges of child pornography
Computer records show a bond posted on 11/19/2018 with a January 7 date. Jail staff just confirmed Terry James Silva's bail was set at 25,000 and he bailed out yesterday.
Charges have not been filed against Silva but he was arrested for alleged violation of PC 311 (a)

A Southern Humboldt man was arrested Friday following a month-long child pornography investigation.
On Oct. 9, 2018, the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division received notice from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children of a possible child pornography investigation.
Over the course of their investigation, deputies learned that Terry James Silva, 56, of Miranda, was possibly in possession of child pornography. On Nov. 16, deputies served a search warrant on two residences associated with Silva on the 2700 block of the Highway 254 and the 300 block of River Road in Miranda.
Silva was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on charges of possession of child pornography.
