Trial setting was scheduled this morning for Mexican citizen Hugo Parral-Aguirre whose charges include attempted murder and assault. It was continued to December 17.
A funding application was submitted by defense on 11/27. On November 6, a court order was granted to give access to the jail was granted to defense expert to conduct a psychology and neuropsychology evaluation.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Josh Rosenfeld. Aguirre is represented by Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O'Connell.
