The man arrested for discharging a weapon near a Weitchpec elementary school is suing the County, HCSO and three deputies

A civil complaint was filed on 7/20/18
George Robbins III against the County of Humboldt, Humboldt County Sheriff's office and three HCSO deputies. This afternoon there is a case management conference scheduled in the case.
