Setting of Maziar Eshghipour's preliminary hearing is scheduled a year and a half from when he was arraigned

Arraignment and intervention scheduled for Maziar Eshghipour on November 15. Eshghipour was present outside court. Preliminary hearing for November 28 was vacated.

Setting of preliminary hearing and ruling on demurrer is scheduled for January 17.
