Part of Hwy 1 in Central California closed due to adverse weather conditions

KSBY's Alexa Bertola reporting that Hwy 1 is closed and will "be locked until at least Friday, according to Caltrans."

This is about 100 feet away from Ragged Point Inn. This is the soft closure area. Locals are allowed past this but they will be met by a gate around 10 miles up. "
