James Pawlyk's sentencing continued again, this time because Mr. David Celli is leaving the Clanton Law Firm

James Pawlyk's sentencing was continued to November 13 because he was appointed a new attorney. Today, it was continued to December 11 because his attorney, Mr. David Celli is leaving the Clanton Law Firm.

On October 10, the Public Defender's office declared a conflict. The Conflict Counsel's office also had a conflict. Mr.  Celli was appointed to represent Pawlyk.

On August 28, Pawlyk entered a plea. The resolution of both his cases was a stipulated sentence for three years in state prison.

Mr. Celli will be staying in Humboldt, next gig maybe the Humboldt County Public Defender's office. Stay tuned.
