Will David Kobak's case in which he is charged with the murder of his roommate go to trial?

Trial setting was scheduled this morning for murder suspect David Kobak on November 29. The victim was Kobak's roommate, Frederick William Loftus.

There was a funding order granted to defense on November 13.

Trial confirmation scheduled for May 13. Jury trial scheduled for June 10.

Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is representing Kobak. Deputy District Attorney Whitney Barnes is prosecuting the case.
