One threat of litigation, one case, no action to report out from closed session of Arcata special council meeting

I contacted Arcata City Manager Karen Diemer about today's special meeting and closed session.



 "The item today was threat of litigation, one case," said Ms. Diemer. "At the end of the meeting there was no action by the Council to report out."
